    Our concept is perfect for busy, mature, women and men. Our weight loss consulting services are offered with unique freedom of service location. Our lifestyle and fitness weight loss programs are offered in our centrally located facility. Being happy with your health and body won't come from buying a new "widget." It will come from deliberate, sound, help and action.

    The idea that total body fitness can come from a magazine, Ab-King 2000, or a low value health club membership can be thrown out of the window…if these part-time solutions are the "fix" why are so many folks failing at becoming fit, happier, and less stressed? The answer may be one of the simplest mantras ever spoken…"If it sounds too good to be true–it probably is!" Folks…the Ab-King 2000 won’t solve your fitness problems ... sound help, planning, and effort will.     We start our programming by completely assessing your current needs. It is essential to have a point of reference and supporting professional help when required. We will work closely with your doctor and any folks with whom you may be working to safely negotiate any challenges you may be facing. Our folks work with us two to three times per week. Typically Monday through Friday; however, special consideration is always given to suit the particular needs of our clients. Your experience with SIMPLEFIT is deliberately contemplated from beginning to end. Our personalized support will ultimately prove to address your challenges, goals, and limitations most responsibly throughout the entirety of our working relationship.
